When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Managing your information:
You may access and update your information by logging into your account on our website (https://hypedcampus.com/account) or sending a request for change to us by email or any information that is inaccurate and you cannot change by yourself.
Access and Portability of Data:
You can request for a copy of your personal information we hold, if you are in a jurisdiction where the legislation permits this. This may be requested in a machine-readable, commonly-used format or request us to send this to another service provider (if it is possible, technically).
Erasure and Retention:We maintain a lot of data in relation to your interaction with our site and our services; including personal information (where required to complete transactions or you have willingly provided it). Legal and/or Financial requirements requires us to retain such personal details till your transactions are completed. Data is usually maintained for much longer after transactions are completed for the purpose of business obligations to regulatory and financial compliance as dictated by the jurisdictions where our business operates. For the following reasons, some of your personal data may still be retaining even if you have asked for erasure
- Data that was published by you on our blog pages via comments or other form of contribution may not be removed till the blog is removed
- Data required for business, financial and legal compliance activities like; audits, tax, fraud detection and so on.
- Data in offline backup maintained for business continuity objectives. This will, however, be erased when the retention period is over. This period could vary from 1 week to 5 years, depending on the type of data.
We will do our best to take out any data you have asked to remove as quickly as technically and operationally possible.
Withdrawal of consent or objection of processing:
If you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information after giving it, you may change your account settings or email us to effect the request. This means that all activities we have performed before you modified your consent or we are able to modify our records (within a reasonable time frame after your request) to meet your consent are not illegal.You may instruct us to not process your personal information for any purpose (if the legislation in your region or jurisdiction permits this) where you have provided us the required details for us to identify and delete the information you would like us not to process. _shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
